Melanie Garmanzky is the founder and managing director of #garmanzky. She was previously co-founder and partner of Garmanzky WEBconsulting GmbH, a subsidiary of Engel & Zimmermann AG. After leaving the traditional agency world, she built up a permanent team of freelancers and nearshore developers and has since been supporting companies throughout the DACH region as an independent consultant.
For many years, she and her team have been developing and managing projects for large companies and brands. Her areas of expertise include IT project management, digital transformation, online communication, SEO, social media, and the planning and implementation of holistic digital communication.
Since 2021, she has been working intensively with artificial intelligence and automation – in particular, with the question of how AI can really relieve project teams and organisations in their everyday work: in reporting, structuring work, decision-making, knowledge processing and the automation of recurring tasks.
Melanie stands for a clear, reliable and human style of leadership: traditional values such as responsibility, commitment and diligence – combined with modern technology and a keen eye for structures.
